I am a fully qualified and very experienced BACP-Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Broadstairs offering therapy to individual adults. My private practice here follows my work in London helping others overcome difficult and challenging situations.

Whether your concern is recent, long-standing or an isolated event, I offer a confidential and non-judgemental environment where you are free to be yourself and express your genuine thoughts.​

I tailor my approach to you and the issue at hand. This integrative-style of working celebrates you as a unique individual whilst focusing on those aspects of your life that you feel need attention.​


I work with a wide range of difficulties including struggles with addiction, compulsions, depression, shame, guilt and burnout.


My principal areas of interest are:

  • Infidelity or trust. 

  • Behaviour or entanglement with partners, family or friends.



I work in accordance with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework offering therapy to adults aged 18 years and over.

I am also an accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) who abides by the NCS Code of Ethics


I have an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton (London), including a BSc (hons) in Psychology and a Diploma in Applied Psychology from Birkbeck (London).
