I am a highly experienced BACP-Accredited therapist with a master's degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. My private practice based in Broadstairs continues my work in London helping people overcome difficult and challenging situations.

Whether your concern is recent, long-standing or an isolated event, I offer a confidential and non-judgemental environment where you are free to be yourself and express your genuine thoughts.​

I tailor my approach to you and the issue at hand. This style of working celebrates you as a unique individual whilst focusing on those aspects of your life that you feel need attention.​


I work with a wide range of difficulties including struggles with addiction, compulsions, depression, shame, guilt and burnout.


My principal areas of interest are:


Issues concerning:

  • Infidelity or trust. 

  • Behaviour or entanglement with partners, family or friends.



I work in accordance with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework offering therapy to adults aged 18 years and over.

I am also an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) who abides by the NCPS Code of Ethics


I have an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton (London), including a BSc (hons) in Psychology and a Diploma in Applied Psychology from Birkbeck (London).
